Our first review - The ProForm Perspective ES Treadmill

At first sight this ProForm looked a bit different from the other ones that we had looked at. The ProForm ES has a built in TV!

I know, I should be paying more attention the the heavy duty motor with a 20 year warranty, of the 28 programs includes, the 1 step incline and speed buttons, the heart monitor, coolaire fans and the rest of the features that this treadmill has BUT it was the built in TV that attracted my attention.

Not only am I a big TV watcher, but I have a couch potato husband that will come home from work and plop his butt down on the couch until it's time to go to bed, because he doesn't want to miss his favorite shows. Sure we could put a treadmill in the room so he can workout while watching TV, but you see we both watch different tv shows and why take up half the living room with a treadmill. With the ES, you can move it into any room and have you tv right with you.

Plus if you think about it, tv is segmented right to workout. Shows are 30 minutes or 60 minutes (perfect to time your workouts) plus if you increase the speed and incline during the commercials, you can burn more calories and blast more fat, and you won't be tempted to eat during the commercials - this actually makes the commercials beneficial for you.
